About Hevel Capital.
A platform connecting growth-oriented operators with institutional capital — built for long-term partnership.
Helping Operators Become
Investable.
Hevel Capital was created to help bridge the gap between growth-oriented convenience store operators and capital through a framework focused on transparency, reporting, governance, and long-term alignment.
While many operators have strong businesses and attractive growth opportunities, institutional capital often requires reporting standards, infrastructure, and ongoing oversight that smaller operations may not yet possess. Through the NLG Framework, Hevel Capital seeks to help operators build institutional-ready platforms while providing investors greater confidence, transparency, and accountability.
The NLG Framework's Objective Is Simple
We don't just help operators access capital. We help operators become investable.
Institutional Discipline. Convenience Store Specialization.
Today, Matt brings that institutional experience to the convenience store industry, advising operators and investors on M&A transactions, sale-leasebacks, capital strategy, and growth.
